Who may use this site

Anyone may read this site. If you submit a form, register for a program or make a donation, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you have the authority to give it. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian.

Programmes and services

Descriptions of programs on this site, including EAL classes, BLAST, family services and immigration and legal services, are provided for information. Availability, schedules, capacity and fees can change. Submitting a form does not guarantee a place on a program or an appointment. We will confirm directly.

Immigration and legal services

CNMC provides Department of Justice recognized and accredited legal immigration services. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and reading this site does not create a client relationship. Advice on your circumstances is given only through a confirmed consultation with an accredited representative.

Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts to CNMC and are used at the ministry's discretion in support of its charitable purposes, taking account of any designation you make where that designation is practicable. Donations are handled under our refund policy. Online payments are processed by PayPal; gifts through The Panhandle Gives are processed by the Amarillo Area Foundation.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party services including PayPal, The Panhandle Gives, Immigration Counseling Service, our scheduling provider and our social media pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to CNMC or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written consent. You may share and link to pages freely, and churches and partners are welcome to reuse our material to promote the ministry.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to harvest contact details for marketing.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNMC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
