Cactus Nazarene Ministry Center ("CNMC", "we", "us") is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, EIN 46-3670736, based at 200 Palo Duro Dr, Cactus, TX 79013, United States. This policy covers the website at cactusministries.org.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

Contact and enquiry forms. Your name, email address, phone number, postal address where you supply it, and the content of your message.
Volunteer applications. The same contact details plus what you tell us about how you would like to help.
Partner enquiries. Your organization name, contact details, social media links and how you found us.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build marketing profiles of visitors.

Payment information

CNMC does not collect or store card or bank details on this website. Online donations are processed by PayPal on PayPal's own systems, under PayPal's terms and privacy policy. Gifts made through The Panhandle Gives are processed by the Amarillo Area Foundation on their platform, under their policies.

Why we use your information

To answer your question or process your enquiry
To assess and follow up volunteer applications and partnership offers
To administer program registrations such as EAL classes
To acknowledge donations and meet our record-keeping obligations as a charity

We do not send unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent needed: our website host, our email provider, our payment processors, and our scheduling provider. Where the law requires it, or where there is a genuine risk to someone's safety, we may disclose information to the relevant authorities.

Immigration case information handled through our accredited legal services is treated as confidential client information and is governed separately from this website policy.

Cookies and embedded content

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Pages that embed a Google Map may set cookies from Google when the map loads. Links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, PayPal and The Panhandle Gives take you to third-party sites with their own policies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and applications are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were sent, and for as long as our charity record-keeping obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@cactusministries.org or call 806 421 0160 and we will act on it.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Registration for children's programs such as BLAST is handled in person with a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
